Remodeled Buckhead cottage with a dreamy backyard!

Beautifully remodeled 1928 cottage with vintage charm! Private fenced yard perfect for bbqs! Located in the heart of Buckhead just one block from Peachtree RD, Atlanta's most famous street. Conveniently walkable distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store, park & more. This ideal location is just a quick ride to all the hot spots in ATL. Minutes to Midtown, West Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead shops & 20 minutes to the airport. Lindbergh Marta Station just a 3 min ride making exploring ATL easy. The space Our home is designed to be relaxing and cozy! The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and once you see the backyard and patio area you might not even want to leave the house. You can bbq or sit by the fire pit making s'mores under the twinkly lights. The backyard and patio is fenced in however there are some gaps so please be mindful of children and pets. All the bedrooms have ultra comfortable foam memory mattresses. The king size bed has a 12" Casper mattress and the other two bedrooms have 14" Novaform gel memory foam mattresses. The couch is also a queen size sofa bed with a 6" memory foam mattress. All TVs are smart with free access to Netflix and HBO, there's no basic cable. The house also has mega fast fiber internet. There are some books to read along with board games for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked. All the pots and pans you'll need, spices, kettle, and even a toaster oven air fryer. There's also dining ware for the children. Complimentary coffee (Keurig pods and drip coffee) and tea are available for your enjoyment. There's a washer and dryer in the basement for your use. Please just mind the steps and be careful as you walk down the stairs to the basement. One car can fit comfortably on the driveway and two additional cars can fit on the parking pad in the back of the house at the end of the driveway. The most narrow part of the driveway can fit a compact to mid-size SUV. Any car larger than a mid-size SUV will have to park at the entry of the driveway. Pets are allowed and must be registered when booking. There is a $150 pet fee. Please note, the house is almost 100 years old. It does have it's imperfections but that just adds to it's charm. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire property Other things to note We have video and audio security cameras in the front of the house and the backyard. Additional street parking is available on the two side streets at the ends of the block if needed. Driveway to the house is located on the left side of the house by the mailbox.
