You will have full access to the entire house except the storage room and garages. There are two living rooms, the smaller living room has no TV and is nice for an extra area to relax. The larger living room has a smart TV with a couch and a recliner. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, baking or take-out, it is also equipped with a drip/K-cup coffee maker as well as a variety of teas. Outside has a BBQ, 2 patios with chairs and tables. Relax and enjoy the beautiful lawn and landscaping anytime of the day. You may see wildlife from time to time, Deer, squirrels, chipmunks, etc… Guest access This property is on 1 acre and is fenced and gated. There’s plenty of parking if you should have a trailer with your recreational toys. This property also has an RV space available for an extra charge. Other things to note Please note: For the security of our guests and the property, cameras have been installed in by the front and back doors as well as out by the garages. Cameras are not constantly monitored, but will be reviewed if any issue occurs. For your privacy, there are “No Cameras” inside the house. In the dining/kitchen area there is a smoke alarm listening device that alerts the host of a possible fire if the smoke alarm goes off. No party’s or events allowed at this property. Trash and recycling bins are down by the gate entrance. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. No pets, if this rule is broken you will be charged an extra $300 and possibly be ask to leave with no refund. No smoking inside the house, please be mindful when outside smoking as the fire danger is real in this area. Guests violating the no smoking policy will be charged an extra $300 In cleaning fees. The guest limit is 5. Please “Be Honest” and provide an accurate account of the number of guests (Adults/Children/Infants) that will be staying. If you need to add guests please add them to your booking before you arrive. If it’s found that more guests show up you may be asked to leave and/or have your booking cancelled by Airbnb with no refund. If Guest’s book more than 10 days, we will set up a weekly cleaning schedule that works for our guests. We do this to keep on top of the bedding, bathrooms and floors, etc… There is no additional cost to our guests,. This also gives us a piece of mind that our home is being taken care of by our guests.
