Relax, unwind, and enjoy a genuine Florida water-life experience surrounded by nature and marina fun. You host is very guest centric and accommodating when you may want/need extras during your stay. Like assisting with setting up fishing charters, lagoon tours, local information, etc. 🌅 Outdoor Living Spaces Enjoy four distinct areas designed for comfort and relaxation: Upper Deck: Spacious and furnished with outdoor seating — perfect for lounging in the sun or best cocktail hour spot. Great sunset and rocket launch viewing around! Lower Back Deck: Features a roll-out shade cover, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Even better with a fishing pole in hand! Covered Front Deck (Bow): Another cozy hangout spot, each area with its own style of furniture. 🛏️ Inside the Boat Bedroom: Cozy queen bed with its own roof-mounted AC unit, closet area and even under bed storage. Salon: Dining table for four, plus two adjustable chairs that convert into lounge chairs, single beds, or a double bed (extra foam pads provided). Entertainment: Smart Fire TV and Bluetooth speaker. Comfort: Second AC/heater unit in the salon for year-round comfort. 🍳 Full Galley (Kitchen) Fully stocked with everything you need: Full-size fridge/freezer (with fresh ice trays) Two-burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, knives, condiments, spices, and more Complimentary coffee, sugar, powdered creamer, and two bottles of water per guest 🚿 Bathroom One full bathroom with a roomy shower. Please note: Toilet use is limited to #1 only (typical for marina life). The marina restrooms for #2 are just a short walk up the dock. 🧺 Amenities & Extras I provide everything to make your stay easy: Plenty of: paper towels, trash bags, TP, zip lock bags, extra bath towels, face clothes, etc. Beach towels, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach blanket and even a Frisbee! Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soaps: hand, body and dish Spices, condiments, and basic first-aid items All bedding, linens and towels, etc cleaned and sanitized always between each guests. Enjoy: The Wet Whistle Bar & local food trucks Jet ski and boat rentals, fishing and boating charters Tiki and helicopter tours, kayak rentals, and more Fishing right from the dock (license required) Underwater lights on docks for night viewing of fish and marine life Dolphins often visit during winter mornings — sometimes right up to the boat! There is a lot of fish, birds, rays, etc that can be seen from the boat and along the docks. 👥 Guest Info Sleeps up to 4 guests (possible to discuss 5) Local friends are welcome to visit (please review safety rules) Minimal cleaning fee — just tidy up, or leave a small cash tip for cleaning Most guests say Dolphin feels larger and cozier than the photos show — truly a one-of-a-kind floating getaway! Guest access You will have the boat to yourself. Your choice to have host meet you to show you how systems work, or you can read the book onboard. There are other boats along the dock and in the marina. Free parking, plenty of spots. There are a lot of things to do in and around the marina. Please check marina website for event schedule as there are concerts, fishing tournaments, flea markets and other events throughout the year on marina grounds. Other things to note This location is not good for anyone who is not steady/agile, young children, or pets. More of a destination/experience, like "glamping" on the water.
