North End Cottages welcomes you to kick back & relax in stylish cottages (built in 1904 and recently fully renovated) located on a coveted dead-end street in North End Tacoma. Situated near UPS & the hospitals, North End Cottages is within 5-15 minute walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more. North End Cottages consists of two separate houses on one property, The Main House and The Carriage House. Guests may book one or both under separate listings. The space This listing is known as "The Main House," full of historic charm, but fully renovated with designer touches in November 2021. The Main House is a spacious 910 square foot 1 bedroom cottage with high ceilings and abundant natural light. Most of the original wood windows are painted shut, but maintain the quaint beauty of the turn of the 19th century home. High efficiency forced air heating and air conditioning was installed for year round comfort. Guests are offered remote working space in the bay windows, fully equipped w/wireless wifi. The Main House also comes with 1 off-street parking stall, king size Casper bed, walk-in closet, smart TV (Netflix and Samsung TV channels are provided). There is a full size washer & dryer. This house overlooks a lush green belt gulch for enhanced privacy. The space is designed with relaxation and comfort in mind and we hope you enjoy the cozy escape. Fragrance free protocol is available upon request. Please notify me at the time of your booking if you would like fragrance free products used for your stay. Exterior Ring cameras are located on the front porch of the Main House and the back porch of the Main House. There are no interior cameras in the Main House. Guest access Guests have full use of the right parking stall, (where red SUV is shown in pic) deck, and shared use of the grassy area/walking path. Smart locks are located on both front and back doors for your convenience with lock/unlock instructions provided at check in.
