Welcome to this young-age private family beach house. This house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths perfect for a group of up to 10 guests stay. Only 7 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins drive to Norfolk or Little Creek Naval Base. The space We have a dining area in the beautiful sunroom which is in front of the water view, you can chill with your family and friends in the backyard no matter it's raining or snowing outside. Also, you won't get mosquito bites in the summer. Guest access Please keep this in mind, only one dog is allowed, more than one dog will be charged $50/dog/night, and ask the host for permission. Other things to note Dear guest, thanks for being interested in my house! Please be aware of party/event restrictions and no smoking/marijuana. please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Trash day is Wednesday, please take trans cans out on Tuesday evening. Violating the house rules might charge extra fees. Thank you so much for your understanding!
