Perfect for families, couples, or a peaceful work-from-the-beach retreat. The space The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances to meet all of your cooking needs. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. The bedrooms are country-style, clean, and comfortable, featuring quality bedding. The living room includes a TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. There are two decks, one on the front and the back of the kitchen. The front deck has a fantastic ocean view and a relaxing seating area. The back deck overlooks the dunes and is accessed through the kitchen. This deck offers a table & chairs, but no BBQ as they are not allowed. The sound of the ocean can be heard throughout! The condo is on the second floor, so you get magnificent views, and you can be on the beach in 20 steps. Bookings are only accepted from guests who have reviews; if no reviews are available, a deposit may be required. age 30+ years or older are accepted, proof of age will be required before booking a ID No parties or events are allowed, and No smoking or any portable BBQ are not allowed in the unit as the smoke detectors are very sensitive and connected to the Pajero Dunes fire department, you will be asked to leave if rules are broken. Guest access Beach and all amenities including the Recreation Center, the areas to the north and south of Sandpiper Lane. Homeowner’s Lounge downstairs; picnic tables, umbrellas, and a Ping-Pong table upstairs; six tennis courts, three pickleball courts, one full basketball court, a sand volleyball court (between the pickleball courts and Puffin Lane), horseshoes (by Puffin Lane,) bocce ball (in the grassy field in the middle of Cormorant Way), a soccer net, and a baseball backstop. Reservations for tennis and pickleball can be made at the Gatehouse after 4:00 p.m. for the following day.
