Hidden Oasis

Have you been looking to escape to an oasis and relax with the whole family? Our home is a peaceful place to stay and not to mention, a lot of fun! Our place will give you the comforts of home while enjoying time away from your busy life. Spend time in the backyard, that is totally secluded, on a hammock with a cold drink in your hand or on a lounge chair while sitting in the pool with the umbrella above your head. It’s perfect for the whole family! The space Located in a cozy neighborhood and only 17 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. You'll find each room will make you feel at home. The 4 bedrooms that you will be sleeping in are roomy and not to mention super comfortable. Each restroom has plenty of towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash to make your stay as comfortable as possible. As you spend time in the pool and backyard you'll have towels, chairs, umbrellas, pool floats and a BBQ that will make your time away from your busy life bliss. (License #RVC-1250, Certificate #000850) Guest access Enjoy parking spaces in the driveway as well as a spacious side lot that can hold an RV if you happen to be traveling with one. The garage is not accessible at this time. Other things to note -There are times when there are high winds in the area and all umbrellas must be put down to prevent any damages to our guests, the umbrellas or the property. Guests will be charged for a replacement if damage occurs to any furniture or umbrellas due to negligence during their stay. -When it’s windy, there can be dirt that blows into the pool. We will do our best to have it cleaned in a timely manner. We do have the pool cleaned twice a week usually on Tuesday and Friday. This might happen during your visit. -The pool is not very deep, and diving is not suggested. Please be mindful of all children around the pool area and swim at your own risk. Never leave children unattended. The guest making the booking is responsible for all of their guests. Swim at your own risk. -The patio is higher than the yard so please use caution when on the patio or using the steps down to the grass/pool area. There is not a rail around the patio. - In order to keep the plants and grass alive in the desert climate, we do have the sprinklers on throughout the day for a few minutes each time. Unfortunately, they cannot be turned off during your stay. -To ensure that the pool equipment is not overused, the limit for the heating of the spa is 102 degrees. Tampering with the unit by changing the temperature higher than is stated, trying to work the equipment without letting the host know, and/or heating the spa without the host knowing will ultimately lead to the fees of heating the spa as well as any extra costs to fix the unit. During the fall/winter seasons, the time to reach the desired spa temperature may vary due to the conditions of the seasonal weather. -The heating of the spa is not included in the reservation. This must be communicated with the host that you would like to use this feature. Please let us know if you will be needing these additional amenities prior to your stay. The amenities will not be provided until agreed upon by the guest. Pool heating is very costly due to the increased propane prices, and we do not profit from this. Pool heating is currently not offered during this time due to the cost. To use the spa, it is $75per day. -The AC should not be set under 75F as to prevent the unit from overuse. The hot summers are hard on the unit and any misuse of the AC will lead to damage to the unit and the guest will be charged for any service fees. Please keep all windows and doors closed while using the AC. -The house is not connected to a gas line, and we are using propane instead. Overuse of the propane will cause the tank to drain, and it could take 3-4 days to have the tank refilled. Overuse of the propane due to any reason will result in excess fees. - We are on a septic system so feminine hygiene products, wipes, and plastic cannot go into the system and need to be disposed of in the trash cans. Any plumbing issues due to these products being flushed will result in the guest accruing the cost. - We do NOT allow animals of any kind on the premises. These include emotional support animals and service animals.
