The bathrooms are incredible! felt like a five-star hotel “- Lawrence ( guest) This multi level 1,766 sq ft townhouse is brand new modern and very spacious home..super clean, extremely comfortable, and has the perfect hits of style ..Large kitchen, A couch/sofa bed..included a two car covered parking, building security, smart 55 inch Lg tv /4K flatscreen TV… great size bedrooms…Five minute drive to Bob Hope airport! Guest access Each townhouse comes with its own private two car parking space/ Two entrances… Other things to note Tenants would be responsible for their own trash cans Two cans per unit both units make sure to roll trash cans out the night before trash day and back in on trash day after trash has been taken otherwise it is a $50 fee for us to hire a company to pick up trash and take away If you would like to have a pet we can do a pet deposit but we do not allow large dogs and we do not allow loud dogs this is a very quiet complex so everybody needs to be respectful of their neighbors if you have a small dog or more than one small dogs we must discuss it upfront and then I will require pictures of each said dog to confirm that this is the proper pet for this unit… Do make sure that you discuss this with me upon booking otherwise we would have to cancel thank you Registration Details Exempt - This listing is a transient occupancy residential structure
