Our coach house is a private studio apartment above a 3 car garage. Located in the Oak Park Arts District and walking distance to delightful independent restaurants and shops. It's over 900 square feet with a nice walk out porch facing our homes yard. It is located right off the 290 Expressway, only 9 miles from downtown Chicago. There is an El train stop (The Blue Line Austin Stop) within walking distance. You have your own alley entrance to the unit and can come and go privately. The space The coach house apartment is studio style but with a complete living room, bedroom space and kitchen. The full bath has a shower and offers a washer and dryer. Large TV, comfortable couch with seating for up to 5. The dining area has seating for up to 6. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary tools to prepare a full meal. There is also a large convenient closet area off the bedroom space. Guest access Your private access to the building is in the alley behind our home. It includes a coded deadbolt so you don’t need to keep track of a house key.
