Legal Williamsburg 3BR w/ Rooftop & 300MB #10351
Description
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place! P.S. for those worried about the new rules in NYC, this is a legal Airbnb The space As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by an open layout kitchen, dining and living area. The dining area seats 4, with additional seating for up to 6. Through a door to the left you will find the newly remodeled bathroom with full size bath and additional storage. Passing through the living area, you will find bedrooms to the left and right. Each bedroom overlooks the building's back yard, meaning a gentle breeze in summer and minimal street noise at night. The natural breeze is so nice that I've found that most nights, air conditioning isn't even necessary! Additionally, each bedroom has a built-in closet for storage. The closets have been placed so that they also create a natural sound buffer between bedrooms. Passing back through the kitchen area, head upstairs and you'll find bedroom number 3. This bedroom comes with a real treat - a private sectioned off portion of the rooftop just for you! Some of the roof is shared with other tenants (who rarely use it), but this section is all yours. :-) I've truly done my best to outfit the apartment with everything needed for your stay without completely over-cluttering the space. You may notice that I have opted for a projector rather than TV's in each room. This allows a zen, peaceful feeling with the option for a movie night if you would like. You will also find there is no microwave. I've found they take a lot of space, and with all the great food in the area they are never used! However, if you find yourself missing this or anything else, just let me know and I'd be happy to order for you. My goal is your happy stay (and hopefully many returns!). Guest access I’ve cleared out the closets and locked away my personal items so that you can immediately make yourself at home. Other things to note Please note that the washer and dryer are located in the basement. This is a shared amenity, but it is very infrequently used by the neighbors. Please also note that guests do not have mailbox access. UPS and FedEx packages are just fine, USPS is OK if it’s a larger package. Please let me know if you need mailbox access and I can help arrange something for you. For 30+ night stays, a bi-weekly clean will be added to the cost of your stay. The cost is $340 every 2 weeks and includes a full cleaning and a fresh change of linens. This apartment is priced as a furnished monthly rental. It is not a serviced rental. While we will continue to care for any maintenance needs that are typical of maintaining the property, you will be responsible for ongoing basic maintenance such as changing lightbulbs or batteries that burned out throughout the course of your stay, tightening screws that may come loose, etc. In addition to this, we may ask you to help us troubleshoot by flipping a circuit breaker, sending photos, or other small tasks. We may also need you to coordinate access if something larger is needed where we need to send a specialist such as a plumber or electrician. Additionally, renters insurance is not only highly recommended, but actually required by my building (and therefore of your stay). I recommend Lemonade, which offers insurance for as little as $5/month. Renters insurance covers both you and the home in case of accidents, acts of God, etc. So if unseen fire, flooding, etc. the insurance will actually pay to re-home you and for any personal damage or losses. Please also note that a starter pack of toiletries and paper goods is included with every clean, but may not be enough for the duration of your stay. Additional items are available for purchase at a nearby store (just a few minutes from the house).
