The space We have large living room with a dining area off the kitchen that features stainless steel appliances: stove, double door refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The open kitchen is perfect when you have guests over so that you never have to miss out on any of the fun. The large backyard is perfect for kids and pets to run around and have fun. You and the family can relax all day in our very spacious outdoor and have a BBQ on the large patio. Also, equipped with wifi, large flat-screen tv, washer/dryer, and free parking for your convenience! Guest access Guests will have 24/7 access to the entire property via the digital front door smart lock and MyQ smart garage door. Keypad codes will be sent to the guest before check-in. *Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 5pm check-in time. *Late check-out is only applicable if requested prior to your checkout date and there's an associated fee depending on how late you want to check out. If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time, there is a fee of $100. This $100 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit. Other things to note Cleanliness Assurance: This property follows Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: -Cleaning crew utilizes global health agency-approved cleaning & disinfectant products and wear PPE to help prevent cross-contamination. -Each room is cleaned using an extensive cleaning checklist. -All high-touch surfaces are sanitized after each stay. This house complies with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. _______________________________________________________________ PET RULES: Please note that we charge a $75 pet fee per pup and additional pets are $50 each which will be charge separately. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste. -IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200. _______________________________________________________________ PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that doesn't have reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $1000 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages. _______________________________________________________________ Extra Guests: After 12 guests, $10 per person, per night up to a total of 16 guests. TRASH service pick-up is on Tuesday and Friday by 10am. - There are NO bins in city of Deer Park, all garbage must be bagged/tied, and placed on the curb prior to pick up time.
