This 1,100 sq ft cozy cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a large bathtub, renovated and fully stocked kitchen, and screened sunporch. On the lower level, (there is a flight of stairs) enjoy another bonus cozy lounge area with a 75”smart TV, kitchenette, breakfast bar, full bathroom with walk-in shower, record player, wine refrigerator, laundry, and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and a working desk space. Pull into the gravel road, then up the paved driveway. Parking is available on the paved driveway. Please do not block access on the gravel road. Other things to note **This is NOT a party house, this is a family house. **Lower level has a flight of stairs to access. *Minimum age requirement to rent this property is 25 years old *THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. This is a family house and neighborhood. This is a residential neighborhood. NO outside noise past 9:30pm is permitted. *Quiet hours are from 8:00pm-8:00am daily. *Please no shoes in the house. *Absolutely no smoking in the house. *No parking on the grass. *A maximum of four (4) cars are allowed to be parked in the driveway. There is no off-street parking available. *Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines including sorting and rolling garbage & recycling to the curb on Wednesday evenings.
