You'll have a great time at this fully renovated, comfortable place to stay. -Must be a 30 day minimum (HOA rules) -No pets allowed -No smoking allowed -No parties or events -Sleeps 4 people comfortably (up to 6 max with the pullout sofa bed) -3 min walk to bus stop -2 parking spaces -Clubhouse with pool, hot tub, gym for an extra per day fee of $35 The space 2bd/2ba: 1 queen bed in master bedroom. 1 queen bed on bottom bunk bed in guest room with a twin bed on top bunk. 1 queen pull out bed in couch. Clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. They charge a $35 per person fee per day of use. Discounted multi-day 10 punch guest passes may be purchased by the guest. Pricing subject to change at anytime by the HOA. Guest access There are 2 parking passes. There is not covered parking. The parking spaces are not assigned, you can park in any open spot. The Vail bus is a 3 min walk, it is free to use and takes you to the Vail Village about 20 min away. Booking this unit constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms below. 🔒 Storage & Personal Belongings Guests may use the in-unit safe and the outdoor storage closet at their own risk. The owner is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. 🏠 Private Rental Notice This property is privately owned and not affiliated with the Resort’s rental program. As such, resort services—including front desk, concierge, lobby amenities, housekeeping, key handling, and maintenance—are not available. All questions or service needs should be directed to the owner directly. Do not contact the Resort for any reason unless otherwise noted. 🎿 Club Facilities Guests may access Club amenities by paying a daily outside guest fee. Public amenities such as the Apres Café, massage services, tennis racquet and snowshoe rentals, and the White River Sports Retail Shop are open to all guests. 🚫 Pets Pets are not allowed in this unit. 👥 Occupancy Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. 🚗 Parking A valid parking pass must be displayed in your vehicle at all times while on property. Vehicles without a visible pass may be tagged, ticketed, booted, or towed at your expense. One vehicle may park in the main spaces in front of the building. Additional vehicles must use designated overflow parking areas. Parking passes will be provided inside the unit upon arrival. 🔇 Quiet Hours Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No excessive noise or disturbances are allowed during this time. 🛠️ Maintenance & Emergencies For general maintenance needs, please contact the owner directly. For emergencies that pose a risk of damage to the unit or building, call the Club Front Desk. For life-threatening emergencies, dial 911 immediately.
