Our cozy home and safe neighborhood is 1 mile away from Offutt Airforce Base and Fontenelle Forest hiking trails. The indoor gas-burning stove and outdoor real wood firepit warms the heart. Our kitchen is small but has everything needed for a perfect getaway or 1 month stay. The neighborhood is quite. The park is a wonderful place for families to walk, have picnics and play sports. All houses on the park side have decks with chain link fences. Everyone knows their neighbors on first name basis. For the safety reasons, most neighbors have external house cameras. Some retired neighbors watch out for other neighbors, and neighborhood communication is great to keep each other safe.
