No cleaning fee. No pets in B&B Our carport is very popular with travelers. Please see photos. It sits adjacent to the B&B making it possible to monitor your vehicle. We are located in a rural setting yet minutes from I-84/downtown/Saint Anthony Hospital/Wildhorse Casino/ the world famous Pendleton Roundup/Xtreme Bull Finale arena The space This is a one level, newly renovated, 900 square-foot dedicated guest house with a private entrance. Double doors with side-lights flood the space with an abundance of natural light. Views of mini Hereford’s grazing in the back pasture can be seen from the living area. In winter months, if you see us feeding, please come out and join us. Blue Heron, geese, ducks and owls fly over often depending on the season. Barbados sheep run along the fence line of our back pasture and horses are visible on the left fence line. November is a great time to see the turkeys feeding along the hillside. The modern wall-mounted electric fireplace features adjustable color fire and ice flames and two heat settings adding a cozy ambience to the space. Air conditioning is provided during the summer months. There is a private deck with seating, (weather permitting) and a propane BBQ is also available upon request. Our cleaning regiment consist of disinfecting all door knobs, light switches, handles, headboard, refrigerator doors, faucets, toilet, countertops, shower, TV remote, fireplace remote, table tops, and floors. Our towels and linens are always washed with disinfectant bleach. The king size bed is complete with five pillows and extra blankets. There is a dedicated cadet heater in the bedroom if more warmth is needed. Our fully furnished kitchen is equipped with cooking tools, pans, a full size stove and oven, Keurig, wine glasses, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. For our guest appreciation we provide salt and pepper, oil, sugar, honey, K cups, tea and creamer. We also provide Kind bars, oatmeal, grits, and bottled water for a light breakfast . Our parking is covered and can accommodate vehicles pulling a trailer. PLEASE notify us, in advance, if you are pulling a trailer so we can rearrange our vehicles to accommodate yours. Please note, we have two dogs on the premises. They are on the right side of our carport, in our pasture, they will bark but they are nice. Guest access Plenty of covered parking available. This is a very popular option for travelers wanting to monitor their vehicles. Please park on the left side of the carport. We are able to accommodate vehicles towing a trailer but MUST BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE so that we may adjust our vehicles in the carport. Other things to note Our covered carport is popular with travelers wanting to monitor their vehicles. Please note this apartment is intended for two people. We may be able to accommodate two more people, for a fee, at a property within walking distance from ours. Please inquire if your vehicle needs to be plugged in. We charge a daily fee of $3.00 for this service. When you turn off Highway 395, you will go over a wood bridge that crosses over Mckay creek . We are the third house on the left. The main house is under renovation so please excuse the appearance. There is a small path, left of the carport, that leads to the front door of the B&B. At dusk a motion sensor light will turn on. There is an aluminum sign on the wall that says “Welcome to the Farm”. There are plenty of windows for lighting, so please keep doors closed. This is a Farm.
