Come and relax in our waterfront guest suite. Beautiful and serene - inside and out. Newly remodeled and updated interior. Gorgeous sunsets/sunrises and water view from living room and bedroom. 30 steps from door to small private dock. Private entry, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, queen sized bed in the bedroom, plus dedicated parking. 1-2 miles to markets/eateries, 4.5 miles from I-5. Due to allergies, we regretfully cannot host pets. Long term discounts available. The space Peaceful, relaxing and private. Due to its 5 mph speed limit, Pattison Lake is known as the quiet and non-water skiing lake. You will see eagles, fish, ducks, and folks with their kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, row boats, fishing boats, etc., but no loud motorboats. This 250 acreage lake is open year round, and offers good fishing opportunities for stocked rainbow trout and other fishes. Pattison Lake supports naturally reproducing populations of largemouth bass, yellow perch, black crappie, and rock bass. Guest access Garden, dock, rowboat/canoe, private parking and private entrance. Other things to note We are on a Septic system - please do not flush any product except for the provided toilet paper, (not even the ‘flushables’ wipes). The guest suite is a shoe-less residence, please kindly remove shoes upon entering. You might hear the Amtrak trains passing by across the lake; however, all our guests so far have commented on not being bothered by the noises or even hearing/noticing them when the glass door and windows are closed. You are more than welcome to enjoy the surrounding areas - walk the garden, sit at the dock, use the rowboat/canoe, and enjoy the apple/pear trees in the front orchard when they are in fruiting season.
