Peaceful cottage and neighborhood perfect for walking and views of Lake Erie. Down the street from Cleveland Clinic. Perfect for getting away from downtown but minutes away if you want to catch a game or visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. 3 Floor home. One bedroom in the basement with 1/2 bath. One bedroom and full bath on the main floor. One bedroom with game room and bunks beds on the 2nd floor. Each guest will be give a personalized code to access the rear door entrance. There is a driveway that can accommodate cars and the street. I will be available thru the entire stay however I will not be personally available but if something may arise, we can have someone there if needed. The house is walking distance to the lake. Grocery and convenience stores are within 1 mile. Great neighborhood for walking. When the weather is good, you will see everyone walking and exercising in the neighborhood. During times of snow we may not be able to get someone out to snow plow. If so, salt and shovel are provided.
