The space A-frame chalet (which is up on stilts because of the creek) has a vacation vibe, reinforced by the large lot (actually three contiguous lots with plenty of room to explore for your pet) and the scenic brook which meanders right next to the cottage. Comfortable, quiet interior has been professionally renovated and decorated. The unit is one part of a duplex but you have a completely separate entrance and exclusive use of the PRIVATE POOL during the summer months when it is open (usually Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) as well as your own private deck, patio, grill, etc. On site free parking. Guest access Your unit has its own access. completely separate from the entrance to the other unit on this property, which is on the other side of the building. Plenty of off-street parking is available. The building is located on an alley across from the University of Findlay, so the neighborhood is very walkable and the campus is well-lit (because there are students walking in the vicinity). All university venues are within walking distance. Otherwise, downtown Findlay is only 12 blocks away. Other things to note The pool normally opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes Labor Day Weekend, depending upon the weather. Check to see if the pool is open earlier or later in the season.
