Private Room & Bath in Remodeled Central LA Home

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. You will have exclusive access to a private bedroom furnished with a queen bed and private bathroom. You will also have access to the living room, kitchen, backyard, dining room area, and work area. The only other person that you may see around is me. I will be available by phone if you have any questions or concerns, but I am gone most of the day so you’ll have all the privacy you need. The space This house is centrally located in Compton, across from the Compton Airport. This is a remodeled house with double pane windows, all vinyl plank flooring, heating A/C and a dedicated work space! There is a parking spot in the driveway for guests. Security cameras are located in the back and front of the house; A ring door bell is at the front door. LAX: 13 miles Disneyland: 19 miles Universal studios: 18 miles California coast/ Beaches: 12 miles Please note that the Compton Airport and Main Street are close by. Even though the whole house has double paned windows, you may still hear some noises during the day. This is a one level home, but please be aware that there is one step in the front. Check in is set for after 3pm until 11pm with a unique code that will be given to you 1 hour before check in time. Check out is at 11 am. If you need to check in and check out outside of these time frames, please let me know. I’ll try my best to work with you and accommodate! Washer and dryer can be used during the stay for $10/ 1 wash and 1 dry cycle. Pets are allowed for an additional $25 per stay as long as you understand that you are responsible for any damages that occur from them. During your stay I will be available by messages through the Airbnb app. If needed, I will provide my direct number.
