The living room has a large smart TV equipped with basic cable. Guests may also sign in to their own Netflix, Hulu, Prime TV, or other streaming TV apps if they wish. Comfortably sleeps two couples. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, in-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and another smart TV with basic cable. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed with separate bathroom steps away in the hallway. The living room's loveseat is not suitable to sleep adults, but it may sleep a young (under 8) child. Guests' visitors may bring their own air mattress, which would fit nicely in the large living room area and/or on the floor of the primary bedroom. Outside on the patio, which has a retractable awning, there is a propane grill for which guests may choose to bring propane. The golf cart is a two-seater gas golf cart by Yamaha. It's a very reliable mid 2000s model, but we do have free emergency golf cart towing through Kart Aide. It has all-new tires as of February 2025 so it's ready to take you anywhere! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home. Other things to note Guests will be provided with a code to the lockbox for self-entry upon arrival. Guests will be provided with 2 sets of house keys & garage door, as well as keys to the golf cart which may be used freely at guests' own risk. Keys to mailbox (for package delivery) will be provided as well. We can arrange for up to 2 Lifestyle IDs (if you wish to use the golf tee time reservation system, have priority access to specific classes or events, and a few other benefits at the same level as Residents) for a $50 fee payable to The Villages -- and / or for FREE we can arrange for up to 6 Guest Passes (which allow access to all other regular-level Villages amenities).
