Rental unit in Monterrey

1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (4 people max, ideal 2 adults and 2 children, 4 adults would be uncomfortable) kitchen with table. microwave, 2 TVs and full bathroom THERE IS NO ELEVATOR and it is on the 4th floor. Don't book if you have trouble climbing stairs. Do not book if you are looking for something luxurious on the outskirts. The apartment is remodeled but outside it is not modern-clean. On the street 50 meters from the apartment there is a drainage smell. The smell does not affect the inside of the apartment. There's a lot of garbage in the surrounding areas. The space Small kitchenette with electric grill. Basic kitchen utensils. Entrance with security door and digital lock. Upon entering the room with sofa bed and table. 40" TV and a small balcony. Kitchen and full bathroom. Room with double bed and 40" TV. All electric. No gas pipes. Silent inverter minisplits. Block out curtains. Comfortable and a good place to rest. Constitucion Condominiums neighborhood, Not Luxury. There's garbage outside. Old Building Exteriors. There is security, I know about the police patrols. Guest access This is an apartment separated by a hallway from another apartment. They are mirrored. Only the access corridor is shared. No shared bathrooms or kitchenette. Other things to note Disclaimer (IMPORTANT NOTICE) There are a lot of stairs to climb. Not recommended for obese people. There is no elevator. The condos are old, there's nothing modern on the outside. It's not flashy. On the street 50 meters away there is a drainage smell. This does not affect the inside of the apartment, there is no smell inside the apartment, it would be when leaving and passing through the street. There are many cobwebs, insects and dirty walls in the hallways to get to the apartment. There is plenty of garbage in the surroundings. I can't be picking it up. There are many condominiums, they all throw out garbage. There are neighbors in another adjoining building who like to smoke marijuana. I can't control the outside environment. You could smell it, as it is a strong and characteristic smell of marijuana. THE LOCATION CAN BE COMPLICATED, I SEND PHOTOS AND REFERENCE POINTS FOR THE LOCATION SINCE THERE ARE MANY CONDOMINIUMS AND EVERYTHING LOOKS ALIKE. I DON'T RECOMMEND ARRIVING AT NIGHT, IT COULD BE EVEN MORE COMPLICATED. Quality: It is not a 5-star hotel. If you're looking for a Marriott or Holiday Inn, this is NOT for you. Cleaning: A cleaning person is hired. There may be details If something is not clean, I give 2 options. IT HAS TO BE JUSTIFIED. 1: THE DATES ARE MODIFIED SO THAT YOUR DEPARTURE IS ON THE DAY YOU WANT. 24 HOURS' MARGIN. 2: A cleaning person is sent to correct details For long stays, if a reasonable kitchen item is missing, you can buy it and you'll be refunded the money.
