This Lakehouse is the perfect destination for a summer vacation, fall foliage, winter ice fishing/snowmobiling, and spring “mud season” with great ATV and side-by-side trails located near by. The space 📍 The Location: Beech Hill Pond is a beautiful, four and a half-mile long, spring-fed lake located in Downeast Maine near Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The spring fed pond has crystal clear water which is perfect for swimming, fishing and boating. - 40–50 minutes to Acadia National Park - 15-20 minutes to Ellsworth (local shopping centers) - 45 minutes to Bangor (Bangor International Airport) 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1- Master Suite - Queen Bed - Private en-suite bathroom - Walk in closet & bureau - Located on main floor; overlooking the pond Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed - Small closet & bureau - Located on basement level; overlooking the pond Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed - Small closet & bureau - Located on basement level; no exterior windows Bedroom 4 - 2 Twin Beds - Small closet - Perfect for children or siblings - Located on basement level; overlooking the pond Bedroom 5- Bonus Space - Bunk Bed- a lower full sized bed with an upper twin sized bed. There is also a pull out twin trundle bed underneath. - Small closet & bureau - Perfect for children or siblings - Located above garage; open concept living space with bathroom off of it Bed linens are provided during your stay. A pack n play is available upon request. 🚿 Bathrooms - One private en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with a full shower/tub. - A half bath located upon entering the home through the front door. - One full bathroom on the basement level with a full/shower tub. - One full bathroom above the garage with a shower. Bath towels and beach towels are provided during your stay. We make sure to leave a set for each guest listed in your booking. 🍽 Kitchen & Dining The well equipped, functional and spacious kitchen opens directly to an enclosed porch overlooking the pond. There is an outdoor dining table located on the porch as well as an indoor dining table off of the kitchen. A small deck is located off of the dining room with a grill. A highchair is available upon request. 🏠 Living Areas Main Level - half bathroom - master suite with en-suite bathroom - fully equipped kitchen - dining area - living space with a tv and propane fire place enclosed porch and side deck with grill are located off of main floor Basement Level - small bar area - laundry room - bedroom 2, 3 & 4 - shared full bathroom - living space with a tv, game cabinet and propane fireplace. - walk out doors to the ground level overlooking the pond Above Garage Level - bonus room with bunkbed and a full bathroom living space with a tv, toys, books and a foosball table 🛶 Outdoor Living Step outside to an outdoor area with something for everyone. The backyard offers a small walkout area making it easier for guests and pets to access the water. There is a shared water trampoline available. Lawn chairs are available which are perfect for relaxing during the day and cozying up next to the fire pit in the evening. The boathouse houses kayaks, life jackets and water floats. A canoe and paddleboat are also available. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the property during their stay minus a locked owners closet and the garage. There is ample parking in the driveway. Simple self check-in is provided for convenience. Other things to note - The camp road is a dirt road. It is well maintained, but is approximately 7 miles.
