HOUSE RULES: By booking our home, you agree to abide by the following house rules to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests: 1. For first-time guests without previous reviews or ratings, we may ask for ID verification and require you to read and e-sign a rental agreement before check-in. This ensures the safety and security of all parties. Guests with established ratings and positive reviews are exempt from this requirement. 2. Strict NO smoking or vaping indoors. 3. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. 4. No parties or unregistered guests. Registered guests only, unless arranged in advance. 5. No pets allowed ($500 fine applies). 6. No digital piracy ($500 fine applies). WHAT TO EXPECT: 1. Traffic Noise: While we’ve added soundproofing measures, some noise may still be audible. For sensitive sleepers, we provide earplugs and white noise machines. 2. Parking: Dedicated parking is 8 ft wide, best for compact vehicles. Street parking is available for larger cars. 3. Stairs: The multi-level layout is not handicap-friendly. 4. Safety: External cameras (front and side door) and a sound monitoring device (decibel-only) ensure security without compromising privacy. DYNAMIC PRICING & CANCELLATION POLICY: Our rates adapt daily to provide the best value. Booking rates are honored at the time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: We uphold our cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. Guests are allowed one courtesy date change if their check-in is more than two weeks away. Guest access You will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, and there is a dedicated off-street parking spot located at the back of the building. Other things to note Long-Term Stays (29+ days): For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
