This is 2 units side by side, non-connecting. 215-("Tommy Cottage"), & 217- ("The Tommy Suite").. We, the owners, live in the downstairs 3rd unit but prefer our privacy. This unique space features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths that are only 400 yards from the Gulf of Mexico!!! There is a private backyard w/a fire pit and gazebo.This is a VERY UNIQUE listing! The space This beautiful vacation home is located on the North End of the island only 400 yards from The Gulf of Mexico (a short 2 minute walk to the white sands of The Gulf). It is also less than a mile from Times Square. We are located on a very quiet street only minutes away from everything! Guest access All linens are furnished, including beach towels. There are beach chairs, coolers and carts provided for your convenience. You have access to 2 sets of washers/dryers. There is a gas grill located in the backyard area (seating for 8+) for your use as well. Please be advised that only those listed on he reservation are allowed to use this amentity so please be sure to update your reservation with the correct number of individuals in your group before check-in.There are no gatherings/parties allowed! There is a 10-foot bike rack available for your use. Bikes are NOT provided. However, there is a bike rental company located on the island for your convience. Other things to note All listing pictures are post-Ian and current. Please be advised that their are outdoor cameras on the outside spaces of the property. They are all in plain site, and their are signs posted stating they are in use.
