Our goal is to make each guest's trip as memorable as possible. Located in the beautiful ocean front Myrtle Beach Resort, this condo is fully furnished with all the welcoming comforts of home to provide a wonderful, relaxing getaway. This unit is in the oceanfront building A at the beautiful, oak treetops, has a full view of the ocean from the balcony, living room and dining room. 543 By the Sea is on the 5th (top) floor with nearby elevator access. The house rules and check out procedures are listed at the bottom. -------------------- THE SPACE -------------------- This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom (950 sq ft) condo is located on the 5th floor on the north side of the oceanfront "A Building". The unit sleeps up to 7 people - we provide bed linens and towels for your convenience! The main living area has a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is open, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There is a mounted flat screen tv in the living room that offers a premium cable package with on demand movies and television shows. A queen sleeper sofa is also located in the living room, as well as a comfortable occasional chair. The coffee table is sturdy and provides shelf space for additional storage! The master bedroom offers a wonderful king bed. The closet is equipped with hangers. In the master bathroom you will find a beautiful walk-in shower. The stylish vanity offers additional storage space including drawers. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and closet. The tv in the second bedroom has a premium cable package. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo, with glass enclosure, and a stylish vanity with storage under the sink. Both bathrooms are equipped with bath and hand towels, as well as wash cloths. The kitchen is open and spacious with stainless steel appliances. It features a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cookware. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, dishes and drinkware. Bedrooms: 2 Bathrooms: 2 Beds: 1 King (master), 1 Twin over Full bunk (2nd bedroom), 1 Queen sleeper sofa (living room) PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Host do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. -------------------- The A Building -------------------- The Myrtle Beach Resort's oceanfront A Building is the northernmost building on the property. To the east you will find the oceanfront pool and the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean! To the west you will find the seasonal (not open year round) lazy river/splash pad. The outdoor, west end pool is heated. The building and surrounding parking lot are maintained by the A Building maintenance team. Approximately 375 parking spaces surround the A Building providing ample parking for authorized guests. There are ramps and stairs into the first floor of the raised A Building (directions to the nearest ramp are sent in the check in information the morning of your stay). Unit numbers are marked on each door (low numbers to high from east to west in the building - even numbers on the south side and odd numbers on the north). There are three elevators and 4 stairwells within the building. Sundecks for all guests to enjoy are located on the 5th floor that offer great sunrise and sunset views, as well as relaxing sunning during the day! Each floor has a coin operated laundry room (just before the middle elevator) with a change machine in the third floor laundry room. The oceanfront A building’s trash bins are located at each of the exits. The first floor trash bins are located inside the stairwells across from each elevator. The common areas of the building are surveilled using recording devices maintained by Myrtle Beach Resort security. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Host do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. -------------------- RESORT/CONDO ACCESS -------------------- Check in information is sent to guests the morning of check in. This information gives the address as well as detailed driving instructions through The Myrtle Beach Resort and directions through the building to the condo door. As long as the reserving guest has met the ID requirement (House Rules), a subsequent message containing guest's gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check in (4pm unless otherwise arranged). Guests can access all open amenities on property without the hassle of wristbands/bracelets/keys. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Host do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. -------------------- PARKING -------------------- Beginning Jan. 1, 2026, a $10 per day parking fee (per car) will be collected at the gate upon arrival - this fee is collected and retained by The Myrtle Beach Resort and is not refundable. Parking spaces can be found throughout the resort and are NOT assigned. -------------------- THE MYRTLE BEACH RESORT -------------------- Myrtle Beach Resort has much to offer for fun in the sun! Besides the easy access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean you'll find: 6 pools (both indoor and outdoor), hot tubs, a lazy river, splash zone for kids, playground, basketball and lighted tennis AND Pickleball courts, a life sized chess/checkers board, and putt putting green! The Quarterdeck - a restaurant located on the beach features live music or karaoke (almost) nightly. Restaurants and other Myrtle Beach Resort amenities are subject to closing without notice. -------------------- POOL INFORMATION -------------------- The A Building Oceanfront pool is open year-round 9am-10pm (Closing earlier during the winter) The West End Pool (heated) and Lazy River (SEASONAL) is open from 9am - 10pm during the summer. Closing for both is scheduled for October 15th, which could also vary depending on weather conditions. The clubhouse and swim through pool is open from 9am - 10pm year-round (closing earlier during the winter) The 6000 pool is open from 9am - 10pm (closing earlier during the winter) The B Building pool is open year-round from 9am-10pm (closing earlier during the winter) *This information is not guaranteed as pools can be closed without notice based on DHEC and CDC guidelines. -------------------- PETS -------------------- NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT. - Service animals are permitted, but they must be registered with the building manager 30 days in advance of your stay at the resort. - Service animals, registered with the HOA 30 days prior to arrival, may not be left unattended at any time for any amount of time during your reservation. If you have not pre-registered your service animal, you will not be permitted into the resort. You will have to contact your host so you can complete and submit the proper paperwork. The security guards are NOT able to assist in this regard. If you bring an unregistered animal on property, you can be fined $500 and you will be evicted from the resort. Again, NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT - Per Resort Rules and Restrictions --------------------- SECURITY -------------------- The Myrtle Beach Resort is gated and also has 24-hour security. There are recording devices throughout the resort's common areas. Additional charges applied if used. - Smoking is prohibited. Guests can access smoking areas on the ground level. - Parties are prohibited. - Maintenance will need access to the unit on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for routine pest control. Refusal will lead to additional charges. - Unregistered guests are not allowed. - Should the key be lost or stolen, guest will pay to have the lock rekeyed ($100). - In the event a guest is removed from the property, a refund will not be granted. - Amenity closures and service interruptions, while rare, can sometimes occur. These instances are unavoidable and are out of the control of the host. Closures/outages do not warrant a refund of any kind. - The Myrtle Beach Resort security retains the right to verify guest access to the property. - Minors are not permitted to roam the grounds after midnight curfew. - The Myrtle Beach Resort will enforce a zero tolerance policy for marijuana within the resort. ** Reserving guests MUST submit a picture of his/her government issued ID (matching account) via messenger within 24 hours of booking. ** -------------------- CHECKOUT PROCEDURES -------------------- * Before checkout (10am unless otherwise arranged) all guests need to: - Remove all used towels and wash cloths and place them in the provided hamper. - Load and start the dishwasher using the provided cleaning products. - Turn off appliances. - Dispose of unwanted food items in the fridge. - Take out the trash. Guest access Guests can access the entire condo, resort grounds, and open amenities. Other things to note A reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap are provided to start your stay. Should you need more during your time here, a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located across the street from the property!
