Former candy store now a comfortable home.

Refurbished candy store across from an old brick school. One large living space with vaulted ceilings with old original timbers that were repurposed for trim in all three rooms. New bathroom with a shower. New kitchen with a view of the Spanish Peak mountains in the distance. Queen bed. No TV but access to WIFI. Cuchara Canyon to the east about 15 miles, Great Sand Dunes to the west about 1.5 hour drive. . The space The property has two houses on one lot. I live next door. Guest access Access to the whole house. I live next door in a separate house. Other things to note If you wish to reserve dates that I have blocked off please ask. I usually have Tuesdays and Wednesdays blocked to do cleaning.
