Enjoy your stay in our beautiful and spacious home. The house is very cozy, beautiful and everything is new. There is a TV, washing machine, a dryer, refrigerator, comfortable bed and high speed WIFI. It is about 5 minutes drive to TWU and 8 minutes drive to UNT. Close to Northwest Alliance Academy, local hospitals, and DFW airport. The location is peaceful and at the same time convenient for parents visiting their college kids. A large backyard to enjoy fresh air or chat. The space The space comes with a full-size bed, closet space, and smart tv. Sunny kitchen fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker, appliances, kitchen, and more. Also have a washer and dryer, high-speed wifi, and safety features such as a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Relax in our home and have confidence in us as your host to be as attentive as possible to make your stay enjoyable. Please note this space has a shared bathroom with one other room. We make sure to keep the bathroom as clean and tidy as possible! Your bedroom comes with a key, so you can lock for when away from the property and even when you're there. If any questions arise please do not hesitate to reach out. Guest access Guest have access to their bedroom, bathroom and common areas such as the kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and backyard. During your stay We are very friendly and you are able to contact us at anytime. Other things to note We hope you enjoy your stay but for your safety and the benefit of our neighbors and future guests, please read house rules carefully before booking. We would greatly appreciate it if you keep the noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM, to help not disturb other neighbors. In case of accidental damage, please alert us prior to check-out.
