Any overt damage (beyond normal wear and tear) or stolen goods will be reported to the platform's resolution center and billed to guests directly. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home. If you must smoke, please use the outdoor patio and promptly dispose of any butts in the provided trash receptacle. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will be documented and reported to the platform's resolution center. Guests are liable for any and all damages and may be charged up to $400 per occurrence if smoke is detected in the home. Please treat our space with respect.
