Welcome to Canary View Bungalow. We created this home to be the perfect location to enjoy as a work from home locale or a rejuvenating retreat with access to the Marin open space and views of the bay. This recently renovated home offers all of the amenities you’ll need. This quaint 2-bedroom home features recently refurbished original redwood hard wood floors and wall to wall windows to take in the bay. You will find a fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to create and enjoy a delicious meal. Kitchen amenities include: oven, 5-burner gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, center island for food prep, and large sink basin. Coffee, spices and other cooking essentials are included. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided by the host. The living room is comfortably furnished with an L shaped couch, swivel chairs to take in the view, as you watch the sail boats leave Tiburon Yacht Club and a gas fire place to complete the cozy feel of this home. The bedrooms each host king beds with views of the private backyard. The bathroom maintains a newly remodeled tile shower. Fresh linens, towels and bathroom essentials are included. There is one smart tv available for use and wifi coverage throughout the home. The front deck, which spans the length of the home, provides a seating area complete with couch, chairs and table, as well as a gas BBQ. The private, fenced in backyard area has a trail to wander amongst the fig tree and garden. Please Note: The property has an adjacent wall on the southwest side with a long-term rental home. The tenant’s have been there for many years, and are very kind, but appreciate their privacy. Please say hello, but if you require any assistance, please contact the hosts. There is a staircase on this side of the deck for your use if you choose to head out for a walk this way. The long-team tenant does not have access to any of the space that our guests use but our guests are allowed to use these stairs to access the street and also the mailbox which is located across the street from the bottom of the stairs marked 2145. The home has a shared carport and driveway with multiple cars requiring access. Please make sure to secure your cars within the carport that is marked 2145. The carport is a tight space and the driveway is a steep incline. Only two cars are allowed for the 2145 property. If you have a third car, they must park on Solano Street which is to the East. Please use caution at all times when navigating the driveway and carport. At the back west corner of the backyard, there is a staircase and gate which leads to our neighbor’s home. Our neighbors are lovely, but this gate is to remain closed at all times and is not accessible to our guests. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house including: all rooms, private front deck, gas BBQ, private backyard, laundry room, carport, driveway and street access staircase. Canary View Home is located on a street with regular vehicle traffic. The town of Tiburon, with its recently renovated shops and restaurants, is within walking distance from both directions of the home using Centro East. Please use caution when walking to town or up the hill as there are limited sidewalks. You also have walking access to the Tiburon Ridge Preserve to the west, with 360 degree views of the bay. Other things to note * Upon Completion of booking, guests will be required to sign a rental contract/agreement and will need to return within 5 business days from original booking date. *Our cleaners clean per Covid-19 cleaning standards and guidelines. *We have a strict Cancellation policy. Please consider 3rd Party Travel Insurance to safeguard your travels if there is a chance for your need to alter or cancel your travels. *Pet Policy - We do not allow pets on the property. *Smoking Policy - We do not allow smoking on the property. *As noted in the Rental Contract, a violation of the pet or smoking policy will result in forfeiture of 100% of the security deposit and eviction from the premises.
