We are located on a quiet street within walking distance of all Carbondale has to offer – Downtown Carbondale, restaurants and pubs (.8 miles), the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale (.5 miles), Carbondale Civic Center (.8 miles), Amtrak Station (.9 miles), and SIU (1.1 miles). The space The Airbnb includes fast Wi-Fi for all your favorite streaming services (we have accounts if you want to use ours) on 4 TVS. We have loads of board games and interesting books to read! There is a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to try out a new recipe or bake a meal for your special someone. You can enjoy a big backyard while you grill, roast marshmallows, or relax under the string lights. No matter what you are here in Carbondale for, you are sure to enjoy the stay! Guest access While here, you get private access to the first and second floor. The backyard is yours as well. We do rent out the basement separately/stay there when we aren’t traveling. If you’re interested in booking it too, let us know. You have access through the front door. This gives you the main floor and upstairs attic room to use. The driveway is yours to park in. **The side door is the entrance to the basement unit which is a separate listing ** Other things to note We have two outdoor security cameras, one above the front door that watches the main entrance, some of the yard and driveway, and another in front of the enclosed garage that watches that door and the rest of the driveway.
