The queen size bed in the bedroom sleeps two people. The space New cabinets and new furniture for the most part, you will have everything you need for a most comfortable stay. In summer, the yard is accessible and you can enjoy the backyard after agreeing with your next door neighbor. Bright, luminous and well-windowed, the apartment is cozy and pleasant. You are in the North sector of Lebourgneuf, near Boulevard Louis 14 and a few streets from the Laurentian Highway (A-73), you are also close to the Jean Talon Market in Charlesbourg. Within minutes by car from the house you will find Wallmart, Costco, Adonis, Provigo and several restaurants. A parking space is available in the courtyard. You will need to park side by side with the car of your next door neighbor who occupies the main part of the house. PETS: Your dog or cat are welcome. Only one pet please. Please note that out of respect for the next occupants, ozone treatment will be required at checkout. Such treatment requires specialized equipment and entails a fee that we will ask you to assume, in addition to the rental. Ozone eliminates any allergens and eliminates odors that your pet may cause. Ozone treatment costs $200 plus taxes and is payable on the day you arrive. Notwithstanding the ozone treatment, you remain responsible for any damage your little companion may cause and you are required to pick up their droppings outside or keep their litter box clean during your stay.
