Guests share the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room The space Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and easy going feeling you'll receive while staying here. The kitchen area is away from bedrooms to stay well rested. Guest access Guests can use back yard patio and outdoor furniture. fire pit is available, wood may be available for purchase please inquire if interested. Laundry room is available for all guests to use free of charge, laundry supplies are available for purchase if needed. Other things to note You are responsible for your own cleanliness. Common areas should be properly attended to after use. Dishes should be cleaned and placed in the drying rack or dried and put away in a timely manor after use. Surfaces should be cleaned and garbage discarded in appropriate bins. I appreciate your assistance to keep the shared spaces clean for all guests. Excessive filth may be charged an additional cleaning fee. Please be considerate of others that may be sharing common areas, and adjacent bedrooms. Quite hours 12 am to 9 am. Shelves in the pantry and shelves/drawers in the refrigerator are labeled by room. Please try and place your food accordingly. Items placed in the freezer should have your name on them. Please keep noise levels to a minimum. Guests are allowed to visit, over night guests are $8 per night. Lost key fee $20.
