Cozy 1BR suite near shopping, skiing, & hiking

Cozy 1BR guest suite in our historic 1791 cape house in the quiet village of Chocorua. Has private entrance and free on site parking. Centrally located to Tamworth, North Conway, Ossipee, Center Harbor, and Madison (all within a 30 minute drive). Plenty of shopping and skiing, as well as quick access to the lakes and hiking trails. Less than 5 minutes from both the Preserve at Chocorua and Public House on Page Hill. We do have a dog and 2 cats on the premises. Other things to note -There is a narrow staircase to the bedroom that may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. -The suite is heated by a pellet stove in the winter that you will be responsible for maintaining during your stay. It’s very easy to use, you will need to fill it with provided pellets in the morning and evening. -Upstairs is heated by an electric heater.
