Luxurious one bedroom cottage located directly on the banks of the Roaring Fork River, over 300 feet of gold medal waters, your own private boat launch. Enjoy the riverside campfire and gazebo for outdoor dining while watching rafts and dory boats float by. Expect to see some of our common sightings of eagles, ospreys, great blue heron, deer and elk. Southern exposure allows for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets while the beautifully landscape property includes idyllic ponds, streams and gardens. The space Inside this well-appointed cabin is one bedroom with king-size sleigh bed, large living area with additional pull out queen sofa, marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and kitchen fit for elegant dining. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows provide the southern exposure warm sunlit views. The entire unit is adorned with stained glass windows and lamps, heated unique flagstone floors, rich mahogany countertops, and original oil paintings by the owner. Guest access Plentiful parking and only 6 miles from downtown Glenwood Springs, 6 miles from Carbondale and 34 miles to Aspen. There are steps leading to this lower unit on a lighted flagstone path. The upstairs unit is closed for the owner's personal art gallery. Other things to note 1. There is a $50 per guest fee over two. Max is four guest. 2. There is a $100 pet fee 3. There is a $150 cleaning fee for light cleaning. Heavy cleaning due to longer stays, sheading pets or messy accidents will be an extra fee of $35 per hour. 4.There are two additional buildings on the property. One is occupied by Richie the owner, the other by Garrett, the property manager.
