Eagle Springs is a growing community. The cabin next door is under construction -- expect contractors to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm. We do have a functioning gas fireplace that you are free to use. Please note, the fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1. Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera above the front entrance. It does not look into interior spaces Bears are active in the area - for your safety, do not leave your trash on the front or back porch, and do not feed or approach any wildlife you encounter. Vehicle doors should be secured to prevent wildlife from entering your vehicles. Parking on the paved driveway for up to 4 small vehicles. Recreational vehicles, including but not limited to camping trailers, boats, motor homes and the like are permitted on a temporary basis (less than 48 hours per Eagle Springs restriction). We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Per the HOA guidelines, "We are planning to open the pool before Memorial Day, if the water temperature reaches 80 degrees for three consecutive days and the forecast looks good ahead. The pool will close in September, when the water temperature falls below 80 degrees for three consecutive days and the forecast is for cooler weather. "
