Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops overlooking the dining area and living room, perfect for entertaining with a flat-screen TV. The living room sofa is a queen size sleeper to accommodate two additional guests. The screened in porch has a comfortable seating area and is situated on the large clover shaped pool. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, it’s own private porch and overlooks the large pool as well. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and houses the washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Guest access This is a gated community. Parking for two vehicles is included with the unit. There is also designated spaces for scooter and motorcycle parking.
