Relax on a leather sofa while watching a 50” Smart TV, and unwind in the adjustable Queen Tempur-Pedic bed for the perfect night’s sleep 😴 The space At just under 400 square feet, this tiny home is designed to maximize comfort in a one-bedroom, stand-alone structure surrounded by beautiful oak trees. Mobility-friendly amenities include parking close to the entrance, an exterior handrail, and a step-free entry with no interior stairs, making it accessible for everyone, including those with mobility challenges. The bathroom, while not fully wheelchair accessible, includes grab bars beside and behind the ADA compliant toilet, and on both sides of the entrance to the 36” shower, providing extra safety and convenience for all guests, especially those who are disabled or handicapped. Guest access Located just inside the city limits on approximately 2 acres of space protected behind a gated privacy fence, guests will find plenty of well-lit parking, including an easy turn-around area for RVs and trailers—no need to reverse! Dusk-to-dawn lighting systems and several security cameras ensure added peace of mind. The convenience of parking directly in front of the tiny home makes mobility a breeze throughout your stay. Other things to note We are pet friendly and have some amenities just for your furry companions such as; water& food bowls, small kennel’s, leashes, poop bags, and a couple dog blankets. The pet fee varies from their size, their length of stay, and how many you have traveling aboard. Once we know the details and specifics, we’ll be able to give you a better estimate of their accommodation costs. This space is designed to comfortably accommodate two adults and up to two small children. Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the bedroom, a Queen air mattress, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.
