Take a break & unwind at this peaceful oasis. Avoid the crowds, sit, relax, read a book, swim in the pool (connected to our unit), walk 100 ft to the bay & watch the sunrise/sunset, fish off the pier, grill your fresh catch on the deck. It features a small private beach area on the bay, tiki hut, & fire pit. Only 5-10 minute drive (depending on traffic) to beautiful Manasota Key Beach for walking and swimming in the ocean. Close to stores and restaurants, as well. Only 1/2 mile to Dearborn. The space Stand alone condo in a quiet, well maintained association. Newly remodeled one bedroom with a king bed and 1/2 bath. 1 full bath off of living room. Washer and Dryer in unit. There is a well-appointed kitchen with a drip and a Keurig coffee maker provided. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed as owners are allergic to pet dander and use it as their vacation home. The pool is right outside the unit with one of the two access points within 10 ft. of your front door. A security camera is on the front door (pointed at the bay). Guest access You have your own marked parking spot (#12) and any parking spot marked as G is also available (please do not park in any numbered spot, unless it is #12). There is a keyless entry into the place. We will send you a timed code to get into the unit 24-48 hours prior to check-in, you will be able to lock and unlock the door with your phone. Our pier (for the beautiful views, fishing, tanning, etc.) is about 100 ft. from your front door. Other things to note Please note: people live and work here full-time, this is a quiet community (only 13 units), to come sit, relax, and enjoy the Lazy Days at Lemon Bay. Noise is to be kept to a minimum. Obey pool rules, no glass or food is allowed in pool area. No smoking inside the unit or you will be charged $300. You can smoke on the back deck, please put your “butts” in a fire-proof container (don’t throw on ground), and leave container on picnic table (do not bring in house), the housekeeping staff will pick it up and dispose of it properly. No pets are allowed in the unit as the owners are allergic to pet dander and the HOA only allows the owners pets in the community. If it gets reported back to us that you brought your 4-legged family member, we will ask you to leave immediately without a refund. No refunds for bad weather or any other conditions beyond our control (ex. wildlife); we haven’t seen any snakes or alligators BUT it IS Florida. NO parties, if it is reported that you are having a party or are being disruptive, you will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund.
