Bedroom one (Lucy and Ricky‘s room) is a large master bedroom with a large master bathroom with a flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom (Audrey Hepburn) has a full size bed. Sharing a bathroom with James dean‘s room. The 3rd bedroom (James Dean‘s room) has two full beds. The fourth bedroom Elvis Presley‘s room has a queen size bed and it’s on walk-in closet. With it’s own full-size size bathroom. The fifth bedroom which is the Casitas/mother-in-law suite/Marilyn Monroe‘s room has his own sliding door walking to the pool along with its own bathroom and it’s walking closet. In between Elvis‘s room and Marilyn Monroe‘s room we have a 50s diner nook with a flat screen TV and your 50s style refrigerator a sink your own kitchenette. Step in to the outside where you’re surrounded by lights for the stars. Other things to note: Cleaning protocols: while hospitality and comfort are paramount, The safety and their well-being of all our guess is our number one priority. To account for the required precision and guidelines set forth by the CDC all cleaning products used in the EPA approved disinfected to meet CDC requirements for use and effectiveness against virus bacteria and other airborne blood-borne Pantages. In addition to ensure our professional housecleaning team of four ladies a sufficient amount of time to throughout clean and disinfect the home we are spending twice the amount of time to deep cleaning all porous and non-porous surfaces. I want to assure you that when it comes to your safety and well-being we do not cut corners! Pool and Jacuzzi heat: Due to the high cost of gas the cost in the desert the heating of the pool and the Jacuzzi will be an additional $70 a day to heat up the pool and $30 a day to heat up the Jacuzzi while vast majority of guests are fine with the standard temperature of the pool from May through September others prefer the pool to be very warm and heated. As it can take up to eight hours to sufficiently heat the pool if you are interested in the option of having the pool heated during your stay please let me know in advance of your arrival please note the spa temperature is set at 102° and can be remotely adjusted upon request additionally if you elect the pool heat option the pool is heated to 85° but the temperature can be remotely adjusted. Maximum number of guest: In addition to guest visit the property there is a maximum number of 15 people including children allowed on the property during the day and maximum number of 12 people including children staying in the home past 10PM and/ overnight. Pets: none no and no way! No pets are allowed even emotional support animals or assistant animals or service animals or any kind of animals this is a no pet zone home if you break this rule they’ll be in an extra $300 allergic cleaning fee since my family members are allergic. Check in and check out times: The standard check in time is 4 PM and the standard checkout time is 10 AM please note we sincerely try our best to accommodate all request for early check in late check out as much as possible without charging any extra fees however due to the amount of time it takes to properly clean and disinfect the entire property (both inside and out), check in and check out times are firm unless requested an approved in advance of your arrival. Rules: No smoking No parties There will be a charge of $25 for each night for each guest after 8 guest. Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. No moving rearranging of the furniture. No one under 25 years of age is allowed to rent this home. No loud music. Please be respectful to our neighbors. also we have a nest doorbell camera. Free parking on premise for 4 cars are allowed also we do have a two car garage that you’re able to use as well. Palm Springs quiet times are from 10 PM to 10AM Note if the city of Palm Springs is called out they do fine a $500 for noise complaint on the first attempt. We have amazing neighbors on both side of the home. The back of the house all empty. City of Palm Springs only allows 4 vehicles to be parked outside. There is also a 2 car garage for additional parking.
