Jack and Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms, with an additional bathroom in the hallway. Guest access Parking is in the parking lot of the furniture factory, detail check in instructions ensure smooth details. Other things to note Coffee essentials such as K-Cups, a variety of sweeteners and creamers are provided. The bathrooms are stocked with bath products, plush linens, make up remover wipes with embroidered make up towels and toothbrush kits are available if needed. The property does have free parking on site. These units are available for short term and long term stays. Laundry is available in the unit at no charge, however you will need to provide your own detergent. Long term guest may request to have additional cleanings and linen changes during the stay for an additional fee. Also, toilet paper, paper towels and other basics are not replenished during the stay due to the due to the significant discount of the rate provided during the duration of the stay. We do have a strict cancelation policy due to the calendar being unavailable to book to other guest, so traveler's insurance is highly recommended. By declining traveler’s insurance, you also assume all liability for your personal property during your stay.
