Our home is located steps away from South Broadway shops and restaurants and 10 minutes drive from downtown Denver. Plus, when you're done enjoying the city, you can sleep soundly in our guest bedroom, including a queen bed, night stand, dresser, and closet. If, like us, you enjoy living with others, you're Covid vaccinated, tidy, LGBT-friendly, and NOT a smoker, we'd be happy to welcome you to our home and all that this amazing neighborhood has to offer. Max Occupancy = One (1) Guest The space Nestled in the historic Baker neighborhood, our Queen Anne Victorian style home features high ceilings, exposed brick, and a large picture window that you can see from most of the house, thanks to the open floor plan. And while the charm of the home is undeniable, the updated kitchen and bath make it functional, too. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except for the owner's bedroom and basement storage area. During your stay We both regularly work from home, with offices in our bedroom and the living room, so we'll likely see our guests frequently. Our work calls can start as early as 6:30 am, and guests will be able to hear us from their bedroom. We enjoy hosting and interacting with guests when we're home. We're usually down for board games, shared meals, or just chatting. Or, if we're out of town you'll have the whole house to yourself! We also occasionally host parties, game nights, etc. Guests will be welcome to join us for any such events! Other things to note This listing is for one (1) guest. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please message before booking. There is no desk in the room, and we are unable to accommodate guests who need to take calls/meetings from the house. Remote workers who need to make calls are encouraged to take advantage of the numerous coffee shops and a co-working space nearby. Guests are also welcome to work quietly from the living or dining room as long as they don't mind the noise from our frequent work meetings, which can start as early as 6:30 am. All guests must show proof of vaccination before entering our home. There is no coffee maker in the house, but there's a lovely coffee shop on the block and numerous shops within walking distance :) During the winter months, the back patio is converted to a parking space for the owners.
