Condo is located right next to many buss stops for getting around the town or exploring further. Avon is a walkable town. Avon Recreation center has a lazy river and 2 large hot tubs. Behind us is “Nottingham park” for sledding, nice walk, lake access. There is space for 1 car (inquire for 2 cars) Avon business license 13810 The space It’s not a huge place to stay but just perfect for a ski get-a-way. All the amenities of home and no weird walking around hallways of giant hotels. Guest access The bus access for vail and beaver creek are just a 5 minute walk along the river. You can see bus times through “eco transit” and beaver creek busses run every 15 mins
