Dogs require Pet Fee. Please keep off furniture and pickup after outside. The space *Any guests over 4 including children need to be accounted for on the reservation and require $25/person per night added to our base price. *Pets allowed (NO CATS) dogs only!! Need prior approval and counted on the reservation after fee is paid. *No Smoking inside home only outside and dispose of butts in outdoor cans. *Guests under 25 please get owner's approval prior to booking.
