Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room! An immaculate 6,000 sq ft home, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sleeps 20+ (add charges for over 20). 3 living rooms. A cozy simple theatre room. Direct access to thousands of acres of recreation (atv & mountain biking trails)! Close to numerous reservoirs, hiking trails, and dinosaur attractions. Near the Quarry Dinosaur National Monument. Relax on the new massage chair and in the spacious hot tub. Fiber optic internet. No garage access. The space The property is very refreshing with stunning views! We receive the most feedback on how beautiful the views are from the deck and from the hot tub! Plenty of parking. You will love the spaciousness of the house and the variety of rooms available. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, and 3 bedrooms downstairs. There on no bedrooms on the main level. There will be stairs to all bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is in the theatre room and kids love watching movies from the top bunk beds. Families have enjoyed the ping pong 🏓 table and piano downstairs too. And don’t forget about the massage chair to relax in after your adventures! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook for your guests. Guests have wanted to come back and immediately rebooked. The small playground is such a bonus. This is not stop fun!!! ** Trailers $100 per trailer. Guest access You have access to the whole house other than the garage and some storage areas and the office. Although we are open to discussing that if you would like access to that room. The garage is completely locked. Other things to note We will be on the property maintaining the hot tub and caring for the yard and garbages, etc. feel free to say high. Sometimes we stay in our shop on the outskirts of the property but should not interfere or disrupt your stay in any way. No garage access.
