This 2 bedroom plus sleeping loft, 2 bathroom townhome is tastefully renovated and decorated with comfortable couches and beds and has all you need to enjoy all of what Beech Mountain has to offer. This Villa is only 1 mile away from Beech Mtn Ski Resort and close to all Beech Mountain amenities! Dog (only) friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. The space You must walk down a set of stairs to access the entrance of the unit. Once you enter there is a mud room to leave all your snow gear at the door! The main level has the updated kitchen and open living and dining room with lots of windows to show the amazing views! You may either go upstairs for a bedroom and full bathroom or go downstairs for the primary bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. Accessed from a ladder on the upper floor is a loft with a queen size futon bed and another smart TV. You can access the laundry room and the private balcony through the downstairs bedroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa including the laundry room outside of the lower bedroom in the storage room. Other things to note We can only allow dogs, no cats as the owners family are highly allergic. There is a dog crate, dog bowls and towels for dirty paws in the unit. There is a pet or baby gate behind the living room loveseat. The fireplaces are electric with heat and sound for ambiance. Ladder for the loft may not be suitable for small children or older adults.
