Other things to note Home Truths: - The jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom's ensuite is currently unavailable for guest use, but the shower remains available for use. - This pool is not heated and does not have a heater - The wood-burning fireplace is not available for guest use. - This home is on a shared well, please be mindful of your water usage. - The maximum occupancy for this home is 10. - The maximum number of cars that can park on site is 4-5. - Please note that quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. - Please note that no outdoor amplified sound is allowed at this home. - Due to the home's remote location, internet and cellular service may be spotty at times. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Parking Details: A maximum of 4-5 vehicles can fit in the driveway (depending on the size).
