Comfortable 4 bdrm home near UNR / Downtown Reno

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The space The home boasts roomy living /family rooms . The bedrooms are large and comfortable . This is somewhat an older home in a desirable safe neighborhood it is not "perfect" and it is also a vacation rental. But I guarantee a comfortable home vibe that our guests enjoy and appreciate. We have found over the past 3 years of opening our home to AIR bnb we have had amazing guests who are very happy with the place and all that is offers. Guest access All areas of the home except for the locked private room upon entry to front door. Garage is not accessible any longer for guests due to prior misuse of garage door and leaving open . The Garage door may not be opened or used to park cars. Plenty of street parking and driveway parking available.
