Make memories to last a lifetime on lake Granbury, as well as having the best view in town. BRING YOUR BOAT!!!! Two story dock that is covered, has 2 boat slips, and plenty room for lake activities. Have a perfect view of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! Centrally located between the Historic Granbury Square, Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and Dinosaur Valley State Park! The space NEW rustic house on lake Granbury that was built in 2020 with the best views of the lake. In a secluded area on top of a hill with plenty of space to kick back and relax. Between the views from the back porch & on the dock you might not want to leave the house. The boat dock has 2 hydrohoist lifts (One 4,500 lb lift & One 6,000 lift). House sleeps 10 people comfortably, and has plenty of space to spend time with friends and family. Guest access Will have to check in at the front gate to have access into the neighborhood. Once you get to the house there is plenty of free parking. You will be able to check in yourself using a keypad on the front door. Guests have full access to the entire house, parking area, back porch, boat dock, and boat slip area. Other things to note If you will be using our boat slips you will need to message me first details of the type of boat to make sure it fits in our slips before you have permission to use them.
