I’m 110% dedicated to making your stay a fabulous one! The space Your private entrance leads to an inviting studio basement unit equipped with everything needed to ensure a restful stay. The private bathroom is fully stocked with many toiletries and towels. The space has an extra large couch, a 65” tv, luxury linens on a super comfy bed! There is also a closet for your belongings, a fridge, microwave and desk just for you :) You will have access to the backyard feel free to use the sitting area with fire table, bbq and hammocks. This is an exceptionally clean space in a safe neighbourhood with free parking. The Location: Stanley Park is amazing! Everything is in close proximity, Tim Hortons, Subway, and other restaurants, as well as grocery stores, pharmacy, public transit, and so much more are a short 2 min walk. Even though I am close to highways and just a 5 min ride to downtown Kitchener, this area also boasts quiet walking trails and parks. Every major attraction is close by and the Breslau airport is less than 5kms away making it a breeze for anyone flying. This place is perfect for everyone to enjoy a convenient, relaxed visit to Kitchener :) As your host I am committed to making your stay a comfortable and memorable experience. Parking in my driveway is free :) if for some reason my driveway is occupied there is plenty of free parking on my street. During your stay I’m available to help in any way throughout your stay Other things to note You will not be sharing the space with other guests but, I do live upstairs and like many other homes you may hear me walking around or talking, however, I am quiet and respectful. Please keep this in mind before booking if this is an issue
