Here is our bedroom layout: Master Bedroom 1 (Downstair) : 1 x King Bed Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) : 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3 (Upstairs) : 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): 1 x Queen Bed There is also futon which can sleep comfortably up to 10 people. There is a stand up, walk-in shower in the master and one of the guest bathrooms and a tub in the other guest bath. In all bathrooms, shampoo/conditioner/soap will be provided. Smart 55" LED TV is in the living room to browse all your favorite shows and movies with your family . Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Feel free to use any of the pots/pans/cooking utensils/seasonings found in the cabinets. Washer and dryer available for your use throughout the stay. Guest access There is a smart lock on the front door and a code will be provided prior to your booking date Guest have access to the entire house Other things to note NO CHORES REQUIRED: You're in for a hassle-free check-out experience. Our dedicated cleaning staff will take care of all cleaning tasks, eliminating any need for you to engage in chores before leaving. Unapproved late check-out will incur $100 charge. **Early check-in is available upon request for a $50 fee.
